The typical clauses here: conditions are: if customer is not satisfied: no questions asked: 30 days time to send back the order in the same condition, i.e. not damaged, in the status as when received, and return shipment costs are paid by the customer, shipment = back to Made2OrderArts Ltd. Hong Kong, return shipment costs are on behalf of the customer. Return Shipment can be by sea transport. Return shipment payment date counts as to be within 30 days notification and return period. See customer support and claims page for claiming return.
Once Made2OrderArts Ltd. has received the returned goods, the customer will be immediately re-imbursed for the amount paid for the order- less transport costs made to deliver the order.
If the customer wants to return because of damage received upon delivery, then the customer can make a detailed report + picture of damage, and claim replacement of the artwork, provided the damaged item is returned by the customer to Made2OrderArts Ltd. We replace the item at no cost for the customer.
